A key component of the Task Management module is Project Management. This feature allows you create projects and associated tasks. You can assign tasks to relevant staff within your organization.
Creating a Project
Click Tabs->Project Management -> Add a New Project
In the example below, we have created a project called Firewall Update.

Adding Tasks 1: Create a Category
Tasks are organized into categories in order to enable the effective management of projects. Before you create a task, you must first create a category under which the task will be grouped. To create a new category, click the project name, enter the category name in the space provided.
In the example below, we have created a category called Planning Phase.

Adding Tasks 2: Creating a Task
To add a new task, click on the target category, then on the Add a New Task button. In the task details dialog box, assign a name, description and priority level to the new task. Click on the Create This Task button to finish.
In the example below, we have created a task titled Contact Vendor, and assigned it a priority level of 5.

Adding Tasks 3: Assign the task
To assign the task to a staff member, click on the task and then the green Assign button. On the Assign Task Panel, use the date picker to assign a time period during which the task will remain active, then select the user(s) to whom the task will assigned. Click Assign this Task to finish. When the task has been assigned, the view switches to the Task Management pane, where you can track task progress.
In the example below, we have assigned the task Contact Vendor to the user Patrick Connolly; the task will remain active from 17/06/19 to 24/06/19.
