The User Management module consists of 2 parts. The Overall Users screen enables you to view, add, edit and delete users. The User Activity screen enables you to view user activities within the various entities and groups.
User Management Screen
On the User Management screen you can view, edit, add and delete users.

Adding a user
Click on the orange Add a New User to Your Entity button to launch the Add a New User popup:

Enter the details for the new user. Note that the username must be entered in lower case letters and must be unique. An error message will be displayed if your new username contravenes those rules. After you have entered the new user's details, assign a role to the user from the drop-down list provided.
Editing a user
To edit a user's account details, click on the adjacent Manage in the table, as shown below:

This action will launch the Edit User panel. The panel features a number of tabs that allow you to edit the user's details, change their password, assign them to a new role or delete their account .
