The Overall Organization screen displays an overview of the entities,entity codes and entity groups at your organization. From here, you can create new entities and groups,and edit or delete current entities or groups.
In the example below, VigiTrust client refers to the organization, VigiTrust Groups 1&2 are entity groups within the organization and Entities 1, 2, 3 etc. are entities within VigiTrust groups.
Managing the Organization
To view or edit entities and groups within your organization, click the orange Manage Organization button on the top right of the Overall OrganIzation screen:
Use the Create Entity tab to create a new entity and assign it to an existing group
Use the Create Group tab to create a new group
Use the Delete Entity tab to delete an existing entity
Use the Delete Group tab to delete an existing group
Editing Groups and Entities
Use the Edit Entity or Group Details (in the Entities table) button to edit a particular group or entity.
Click the Edit Entity tab to rename an entity or reassign to another group:
