To log into VigiOne for the first time, follow this URL: https://vigione.com/vigitrust/
To complete the login, you need to enter your assigned username and the one-time password provided to you by VigiTrust.
Once you have entered these details, you will be asked to create a new password by entering the one provided to you by VigiTrust on the "current password" field, and the new one underneath.
VigiTrust recommends you select a secure and strong password that contains both lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers and special characters, adding up to a total of 8 characters or more.
