VigiOne's Assessment Management module enables you to quickly create, edit, duplicate and archive PCI Self-Assessment Questionnaires (SAQs) for various merchants, organizations or entities.
The Assessment Management module may be launched by clicking Assessments -> Assessment Management on the top menu bar.

To create a new Self-Assessment Questionnaire, launch the Assessments module, and, from the Assessments Management screen, click the orange Manage Assessments button. Under the Add a New SAQ tab, select your entity code/name from the first drop down list, then the relevant SAQ type from the second drop down list. Finally, assign a name to the new SAQ and click the green Create the SAQ button. The new SAQ will appear in your SAQ list, from where you can begin completing it.

Other Functions
In addition to SAQ creation, the Management Assessments function enables you to edit, duplicate, convert and archive questionnaires:
Edit SAQ Name
Under the Edit SAQ Name tab select the SAQ you wish to rename from the drop-down list, and enter a new name in the area provided.

Duplicate an Existing SAQ
To create a copy of existing SAQ (including all responses), click the Duplicate Existing SAQ tab, select a previously-created SAQ from the drop-down list, assign a name to the duplicate and click the Duplicate the Selected SAQ button.

Convert SAQ type
If you need to convert an existing SAQ to a new SAQ type ( for example, you may wish to change a particular SAQ from SAQ A to SAQ B), click the Convert SAQ Type tab, select the SAQ to be converted from the first drop-down list and select the SAQ type to which it should be converted from the second drop-down list. Assign a name to the new SAQ type and click the green Convert SAQ button.

Archive an SAQ
To archive an existing SAQ, click the Archive SAQ tab, select the SAQ to be archived from the drop-down list and click the red Archive the Selected SAQ button.
