As a project manager you will have
access to the Manage Consolidated SAQ function, you will find it under
Assessments.
From there you can
create a new consolidated SAQ by selecting the SAQs you want to consolidate
Then complete the second step of selecting which SAQ you want as template for the Executive
Summary and AOC you want to pre-populate your Consolidated SAQ. This is only a template and can be edited once the consolidated SAQ is completed and then name your
Consolidated SAQ.
You can then access
the consolidated SAQ.
Where the responses match (In place or Not Applicable) across all selected SAQs
they are consolidated, and there are no comments inserted in the consolidated SAQ.
Where they do not match, the user has the option to select the response of
your preference for the consolidated SAQ. When the consolidated SAQ is created these responses can be edited or overridden where required.
With this
functionality it is possible to create and save a completed consolidated SAQ or
SAQs. However, you can also access the consolidated SAQ.
Then the accessed consolidated SAQ can be edited and updated in a similar manner to all previous SAQS.
